If you have witnessed mass graves, killings, or disappearances — or have information about sites we should investigate — we want to hear from you. You do not have to give your name.
Your safety is paramount
If you are in a conflict zone or at risk of retaliation, please use a secure method — ideally Tor Browser, and a mail provider like ProtonMail or Tutanota. Do not submit information that could identify you unless you consent to that risk. For highest security, leave contact information blank.
We will not share your information with any government, law enforcement, or third party without your explicit consent.
All tips are reviewed by Khthon investigators. We cannot guarantee follow-up on every submission.

Include whatever you can. You do not have to include your name, but the following helps our investigators act on your tip:
Country or region — where this took place
Type of information — eyewitness account, suspected grave location, photo or video evidence, documents/records, survivor or family testimony, or information about perpetrators
Description — what you witnessed or know, with as much detail as possible: dates, numbers, what you saw or heard
Approximate location — coordinates, a town, or a description (e.g. "5km north of [town], near the old factory")
Attachments — photos, video, documents, or records, if you have them
Contact information — optional, only if you want us to follow up
